I am a Sr. QA Engineer, and a selenium developer based in Santa Monica, CA. I am passionate about automation, and software engineering. I have developed test frameworks for many high traffic sites. I have worked with Java, Python, and Ruby  developing solid test frameworks.

I believe that automation is an integral part of any development environment. Automation development should be part of an overall organization process improvement strategy, and must be planned accordingly. Using a well developed plan for automation, and Continuous Integration will help any team achieve the desired CMMI level(process model).
